Women, 73 years old, with atrophic gastritis and gastric NET type 1 grade II (limit I-II, Ki 3.3%, 3 mitosis/mm2), size 18-20 mm, subcardial, lesser curvature. USE: confined to the submucosa and contact with the muscularis propia. There are other NET lesions < 10 mm in the gastric body. We performed ESD for the bigger lesion and band ligation plus resection for the rest.
