We present the case of a rectal ESD (tunneling method) by Dr. Mavrogenis (Mediterraneo Hospital. Athens. Greece) and Dr. Guilarte (Baza´s Hospital. Granada. Spain) in the XVII International Advanced Colonoscopy Training Course held at the Poniente´s Hospital (El Ejido, Almería) on days 5 and 6 of April 2018.
